In this episode, I speak to the biggest inspiration in my musical career, Mauro Picotto. I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Mauro for over two hours about his life and career in music. Really hope you enjoy the Podcast. In this episode, I speak to my long time friend Neal Scarborough. Neal is one of the owners of the Music First Talent Agency and is heavily involved in the management of artists and their development. The first few episodes of the Podcast have focused on how the last twelve months have affected touring artists, so I wanted to gain a better understanding of the impact that this has on people working behind the scenes in the dance music industry.

In the first hour, we discuss in detail our scepticism of how the past year has been handled. We discuss our mutual anger and frustration as well as our confusion about everything got to do with lockdowns and COVID We discuss the mainstream media, the calculation of the daily stats, and not knowing what to believe.

This topic is something that has severely affected both of our mental health over the past year. The second hour is all about mental health, as Neal discusses in detail his first ever panic attack. We talk about strategies to deal with feeling overwhelmed, self-care, self awareness and taking ownership of what you are feeding your body and mind in order for you to deal better with thoughts and emotions, and forgiving Thierry Henry.

Really hope you enjoy the show. Fadi speaks in depth about the impact that the past twelve months has had on his physical and mental health. He tells us about how he has struggled with moments of worry and overthinking, and the guilt that he has felt in the past by being away from his children. He also speaks about the trauma he experienced on a flight almost twenty years ago. We share memories from the time we've spent together on tour over the past ten years, our most embarrassing moments, our hopes for the future and our mutual love for Argentina.

The track is considered by many to be one of the best tunes of the year and one of the biggest trance anthems of Ibiza Towards the end of the year he developed his sound which culminated in his debut track 'More To Life' which was snapped up for release on Discover Dark in Combined with his three residencies at the Vaults in Dublin and with continued DJ bookings at home and abroad, the future certainly looks bright.
